この動画を作るにあたり、いっぱいいっぱい考えました。
作っていく中でもたくさん考えさせられることはあって、人間がなんなのか、とというところまで行き着いてしまいました。
正解はないことだって分かってはいるけど、動物ってまずは生きることだけを考えて過ごしてるのに、人間とは…って。
この動画をきっかけに何かを知ってくれたり、気づいてくれた人、新たな視点として受け入れてくれた人、が1人でもいてくれたら嬉しいなと思います。
違う意見の人がいることも承知の上。いろんな意見を受け入れて、共有して、『守りたい』という同じゴールに向かっていけたらいいな。生きるか死ぬか、食べるか食べられるかのシンプルな世界で生き抜く動物たちに、私たちは何をしてあげられるのかな。
一緒に暮らすことが本当に彼らのためなのかな。
でも守りたいんだ。
答えのない道に私はこれからもきっともがき続けるしかないんだと思いました。
理性を与えられた人間だからこそ、できることもあるのかもしれないよね。カワウソ教が開けそうです。

I thought a lot when making this video.
