We went to see the otter babies, and I didn’t expect this! [Otter life Day 612]

This is the 4th day of my wandering trip.
Today we came to Loutre Kyoto location.
Loutre has two baby otters, Wasabi and Namida, who were born in April this year.
Captain Aty meets the baby otters. No way, no how…!

The otters at Loutre’s are not usually caged, but just to be safe, when we met Aty, we met the babies face-to-face through the cage to see how they were doing.
Otters are very territorial, and if they get into a fight, it could turn into a bloody incident, so we had to be cautious at first.
Normally, otters don’t get along well with people when they’re with other otters, but Loutre’s otters were very familiar with each other, probably because they live with people at home.
They also go for walks in various places, so they were very familiar with the place and were very friendly to Aty.
